Epoxy Chemical Anchor for Solar Panel Fixing
With the growing innovation in solar panel design and installation, unique applications require specialized solutions. One such case is in the USA, where epoxy chemical anchors are used to bond aluminum frames to concrete track rails. This non-standard anchoring solution must endure high heat and strong winds, ensuring long-lasting and reliable bonding under extreme conditions. We continuously explore new possibilities and challenges for chemical anchors to meet these specialized demands, pushing the boundaries of performance for diverse applications like solar panel installations.
Epoxy Anchoring Adhesive with Non-Sag Formula for Horizontal Applications
Our non-drip, non-sag epoxy formula is perfect for horizontal applications, such as overhead installations and suspension anchorage. This versatile, multi-purpose pure epoxy has a longer curing time, offering greater flexibility for a wide range of applications. In light of global warming and the need for climate suitability, our chemical anchors are developed with a focus on wide temperature applicability. Equipped with advanced temperature simulation facilities, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance under various environmental conditions. The steady characteristics of epoxy make it particularly effective in tropical zones, where durability and performance under high temperatures are critical.
How to Use a Chemical Anchor Caulking Gun?
1. Release the Steel Rod: Locate the small trigger at the back of the caulking gun. Press the release trigger with your thumb to loosen the long steel rod that runs through the frame. 2. Pull Back the Plunger: Pull the plunger all the way back to prepare the gun for use. 3. Prepare the Tube: Remove the white cap and plug from the tube. Next, screw the mixer nozzle onto the tube. Insert the flat end of the tube into the back of the caulking gun, with the tube and mixer nozzle positioned at the front. 4. Load the Tube: Pull the handle trigger to move the plungers of the caulking gun. Ensure the plungers are properly aligned with the tube pistons. Correct tube positioning is crucial for proper application. By following these steps, you can ensure smooth and effective use of the chemical anchor caulking gun.
Good Use Chemical Anchors - Qualified by IWB Lab in Germany and CSTB Lab in France
