150ml Economical epoxy acrylate chemical anchor for rebaring works
GU-600 150ml
Single cartridge chemical anchoring adhesive
The 150ml single-tube epoxy acrylate chemical anchor is an excellent choice for DIY applications. It is easy to install and cost-effective, as the cartridge can be applied using a standard silicone gun.
The GU-600 injection-bonded resin offers medium to heavy strength, making it suitable for demanding load requirements. All of our products are tested and approved in Germany in accordance with EAD 330499-00-0601, the standard for bonded fasteners used in concrete.
In addition to the 150ml option, sizes of 235ml, 345ml, 360ml, and 380ml are also available in the range.
Chemical Fixing System - Acid And Alkali-Resisting Epoxy Acrylate Chemical Anchor
Designed for anchoring structural steel connections in environments with high acid and alkali exposure, we recommend using the GU-600 Epoxy Acrylate with styrene or the GU-2000 without styrene. All of our injectable cartridge mortars have been rigorously tested in European laboratories to ensure optimal performance for structural connections involving post-installed rebar and threaded anchors.

Epoxy acrylate bonded anchor for corrosive environments
GU-600 injection bonded anchor is a formulation derived from epoxy acrylate resin with high bonding strength and good chemical resistance to acid and alkali. 150ml small volume two component injection epoxy acrylate adhesive is economical and very convenient for installation. Developed mainly to anchor threaded rods, steel columns, reinforcement bars into concrete, masonry at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. With our special cartridge design, it can be used with the push tube or regular silicone gun. No special tool is required.
How to install a chemical anchor?
1. Drill the Hole: Drill the hole to the required diameter and depth as specified for the anchor installation. 2. Clean the Hole: Use a brush and air blow pump to thoroughly clean the hole, removing any dust or debris to ensure optimal bonding. 3. Remove Unmixed Mortar: Press out any unmixed mortar that cannot be used to ensure proper consistency when injecting the resin. 4. Inject the Mixed Mortar: Begin injecting the mixed mortar from the bottom of the drilled hole, filling it evenly. 5. Insert the Anchor: Insert and rotate the rebar, threaded rod, or steel strip into the drilled hole. Ensure the anchor is fully inserted without disturbing it until the resin has fully cured. Note: Avoid touching the inserted anchor until full curing is complete. Refer to our Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for specific curing times. Proper installation is crucial for maximizing the bonding performance of chemical anchors.
All Good Use Chemical Anchors - Qualified by IWB Lab in Germany and CSTB Lab in France
At present, there are no accredited laboratories in Asia for testing bonding anchors in compliance with European Technical Assessment (ETA) standards. Our chemical anchors undergo thorough testing according to EAD 330087-01-6001 and EAD 330499-00-0601 standards for rebar and threaded rod fasteners. We work closely with top experts in Europe who possess over 20 years of experience in the fastener sector. Our dedication to research and development drives continuous enhancements in our products and the advancement of our international certifications for chemical anchors.
