Fast-curing injection vinylester chemical anchor for installations at low temperatures
GU-2000 380ml
Cold weather concrete block anchor resin
Vinylester chemical anchor is the ideal solution for cold-weather adhesive anchoring applications in uncracked concrete. Its fast-curing properties help save time while achieving high bonding strength. Free from styrene and qualified for VOC approval, it is an environmentally friendly option. Additionally, it offers excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, making it suitable for chemical industry installations. This two-component 10:1 resin chemical anchoring injection system ensures convenient setting and fast curing at low temperatures.
All of our products are tested and approved in Germany according to EAD 330499-00-0601. Vinylester anchor mortar is perfect for fixing non-cracked concrete, masonry, brick, stone, and perforated brick. Available in sizes of 150ml, 235ml, 345ml, and 360ml to suit diverse market preferences.
Chemical fixing system - Fast curing vinylester chemical anchor
One of the standout features of our vinylester hybrid mortar is its fast curing, which significantly reduces installation and hardening time. We have developed a variety of curing formulas tailored to different climatic conditions and installation temperatures, ensuring optimal performance in a range of environments. However, the fast curing formula is not suitable for extreme high temperatures, as this can accelerate the curing process and affect performance. For safe and effective installation, please refer to the technical data sheet for detailed guidelines on installation conditions and curing times.

Winter version vinylester injection hybrid styrene free adhesive
GU-2000 Winter Version is specifically designed for anchoring in low-temperature environments. This styrene-free, vinylester-based hybrid adhesive provides fast curing times and high bonding strength, making it ideal for fixing threaded stud bolts and rods. It is suitable for solid materials such as concrete, stone, cement, and wood. The adhesive offers excellent chemical resistance, particularly against acidic and alkaline environments. In working conditions of 10-20℃, the gelling time is 5 minutes, and the full curing time is 35 minutes, ensuring efficient and reliable installation.
How to install a chemical anchor?
1. Drill the Hole: Begin by drilling the hole to the required diameter and depth according to the specifications for the anchor. 2. Clean the Hole: Remove all dust and debris from the hole using a brush and an air blow pump to ensure a clean surface for optimal bonding. 3. Prepare the Mortar: Press out any unmixed mortar from the cartridge. Ensure that only properly mixed mortar is used for installation. 4. Inject the Mortar: Inject the mixed mortar into the bottom of the drilled hole, filling it evenly. 5. Insert the Anchor: Insert and rotate the rebar, threaded rod, or steel strip into the drilled hole. Avoid touching or disturbing the anchor insert until it has fully cured. *Note: The curing time is dependent on the temperature and other installation conditions. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for detailed curing time information. Proper installation is crucial, as any deviation in the process may affect the bonding performance of the chemical anchor.
All Good Use Chemical Anchors - Qualified by IWB Lab in Germany and CSTB Lab in France
