Shipment
Although chemical anchors are chemical products, they are non-hazardous and safe for transport under international shipping regulations. If needed, we provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and relevant safety declarations to assist with customs clearance and compliance in your country. With over 28 years of global export experience, GOOD USE can arrange the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions based on your location and needs.
Q1: What shipping methods does Good Use offer?
A: We offer multiple shipping options tailored to your time, budget, and destination:
• Sea Freight: The most economical option for large orders and non-urgent shipments
• Air Freight: Faster delivery for mid-volume or urgent orders
• Courier Express: We use UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc., ideal for samples and small-volume orders
• Customer's Forwarder: We can also ship through your nominated logistics partner or freight forwarder
Each order is carefully handled by our team, from packing, labeling, and booking to documentation and shipment tracking.

Q2: Is it necessary to use refrigerated containers to ship chemical anchors?
A: No. Based on our long-term export experience to Europe, the U.S., Asia, the Middle East, and other regions, chemical anchors can be shipped in regular dry containers. They are designed to be stored and shipped at room temperature, as long as they're protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat.

Q3: Will chemical anchors be treated as hazardous materials during shipping?
A: No. Our chemical anchor products are classified as non-dangerous goods (Non-DG) under global shipping regulations. We can provide the following documentation to support safe and smooth transport:
• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
• Non-Hazardous Declaration
• Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and more

Q4: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will provide:
• Tracking number (for courier)
• B/L number (for sea or air shipments)
• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
• Photos of packing and loading, if required

Q5: Will transportation affect shelf life or product performance?
A: As long as the products are not exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat for prolonged periods (e.g., in an open container yard), shipping does not affect quality or shelf life. All orders are produced to order with the latest manufacturing date and full shelf life (12~18 months depending on the series). To maintain product quality after delivery, we recommend storing at 15–25°C in a shaded, dry area away from heat and sunlight.
