How to install a chemical anchor?

1. Drill the Hole: Ensure the hole is drilled to the specified diameter and depth as per the project requirements. 2. Clean the Hole: Use a brush and air blow pump to remove any dust and debris from the drilled hole. 3. Prepare the Mortar: Dispense any unmixed mortar, as it is not suitable for use. 4. Inject the Mortar: Begin injecting the mixed mortar from the bottom of the drilled hole. 5. Insert the Insert: Insert and rotate the rebar, threaded rod, or steel strip into the hole. Do not disturb the insert until the chemical anchor has fully cured. Curing times are outlined in the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Please note, the installation process is crucial to the bonding performance of chemical anchors, so it is important to follow each step carefully.
